By accessing and using TheWorkoutBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree
with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Account Registration
To use our service, you must:

Acceptable Use

Use appropriate language - no profanity, hate speech, or offensive content

Respect other users' privacy and intellectual property

Provide accurate workout scores and progress tracking

Share only content you have the right to share
You agree NOT to:

Use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language

Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content

Harass, bully, or threaten other users

Share false or misleading workout information

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service

Create multiple accounts to abuse the service

Scrape or collect data without authorization
Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
-
You may cancel your subscription at any time
-
No refunds for partial months or unused time
-
Free trials are available for first-time subscribers only

Prices may change with 30 days notice
Paid Plans & Templates — Creator Responsibility
Important: TheWorkoutBox acts solely as a platform enabling coaches and gym owners to publish and sell training plans and templates. We are not a party to any transaction between a creator and a buyer.
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your country) to purchase any paid plan or template. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Plan & Template Creators agree that:

They are solely responsible for the accuracy, safety, and quality of all content published in their paid plans and templates.

Any modification to a published plan that affects paying subscribers is entirely the creator's responsibility. TheWorkoutBox does not review, approve, or endorse plan content.

All refund requests from buyers must be handled directly between the buyer and the creator. TheWorkoutBox does not process or guarantee refunds for paid plans or templates.

Creators must comply with all applicable consumer protection and distance-selling regulations in their jurisdiction, including any mandatory refund or cooling-off rights.

Payments are collected via Stripe Connect on behalf of the creator. The creator's Stripe account is responsible for all financial obligations to buyers.
Buyers of paid plans and templates acknowledge that:

TheWorkoutBox is not responsible for the content, availability, or fitness for purpose of any paid plan or template.

Refund and dispute requests must be addressed to the plan creator directly. TheWorkoutBox cannot intervene in or adjudicate such disputes.

A creator may unpublish a plan at any time. Subscription buyers will retain access until the end of their current billing period; one-time buyers retain permanent access to the content as it existed at purchase.

A purchased plan or template is licensed for your personal use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, or otherwise make the content available to third parties in any form — whether in whole or in part, free of charge or for payment.
Any such use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access.
Intellectual Property
Your Content:

You retain ownership of all private workout and score data you create

By sharing workout publicly, you grant us a license to keep it as soon as a score has been submitted by
other users

You can delete your private content at any time, public or shared only if no score has beens submitted
Our Content:

TheWorkoutBox platform, design, and features are our property

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform

We are not liable for injuries or health issues from using our service
Limitation of Liability
TheWorkoutBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Engage in abusive or illegal behavior

Fail to pay subscription fees

Are inactive for extended periods
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or
platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
